History
After acquiring advanced education in Business Administration up to doctorate level and 13 years of managerial experience in industry, the desire to establish a management and economic consultancy practice in fulfillment of a longstanding dream had by 1988 become irrepressible for Dr. Oriye Agofe, founder and Managing Director of Resman Associates Ltd, an acronym derived from the first three letters of "resources" and
"management" . In February of that year the firm was incorporated and operations commenced shortly thereafter in May at its present locational address with manpower development and training services being provided to several industrial clients. Assignments to conduct several economic and management studies quickly followed and the firm has ever since remained focused as a management and socio-economic consultancy and research company in the professional and specialized consulting areas of socio-economic, industrial and market studies; organizational analysis and restructuring; policy analysis and strategic repositioning; project appraisal and re-engineering; staff and management audits; and human capital development. |
